Cusco Culinary Tour

The cusco culinary tour is the best option to know how is the process to prepare a traditional peruvian  dish.

• 11:30 hrs. Pick up from your hotel.
• 11:45 hrs. Visit to the local San Pedro Market (place where we can find organic products from the Cusco region).
• 12:15 hrs. We start the cooking class with our Chef.
• 13:40 hrs. Tasting of prepared dishes and try the pisco sour.

11:30 a.m. pick up from your hotel in the center of Cusco and then walk to the local market of San Pedro where you can appreciate a variety of local organic products grown in Cusco, our chef will explain each product and medicinal plants of their health properties and buy Some ingredients that we will need for our cooking class, after the purchases we will go to the house of LUNA TOURS to start with the cooking classes, we will prepare:

1. STARTER:  Causa Rellena or leche de tigre.
2. MAIN COURSE:  Ceviche or Lomo Saltado.
3. DESSERT:  Mazamorra Morada or Arroz con Leche.
4. DRINK:  Pisco Sour (drink with alcohol) and Chicha Morada or Inca Cola (soda).

Then we will taste these prepared dishes during class. At the end of the cooking class, transfer to your hotel.
