  • Payment can be made via the virtual PAYMENT LINK or, if you prefer, by debit or credit card at our office: https://maps.app.goo.gl/QfftxeJHisTpGEky7

THE AGREED PRICE:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review the tour’s “includes” and “does not include” sections before completing the purchase process. These sections accurately detail all the services included in the reservation.
  • The client declares that they are aware of the “includes” and “does not include” services, and therefore the reservation will be processed.

ANDEAN MIGRATION CARD (TAM):

  • Passengers are required to present their TAM, either physically or virtually, upon arrival in Peru. This will exempt them from taxes. They must have a stay of less than 60 days.

PASSENGER PICK UP PROCESS for TOURS:

  • Passengers must wait in the hotel lobby or reception at the agreed-upon time, provided the day before using their WhatsApp number to avoid disrupting other pickups.
  • Because this is a scheduled tour, the pickup time may be extended by up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup start time.
  • If the transportation has not picked you up by more than 15 minutes, please inform your sales representative immediately to verify the reason for the late pickup.

WEATER:

  • There are no date changes or refunds due to bad weather; the activity will operate as normal.

  • Group tours begin with pickup from their hotel and end near Cusco’s Plaza de Armas.
  • The total pickup time for group tours is approximately 1 hour, as transportation will be provided to most guests’ hotels.
  • The company is not responsible for lost items, mishandling, or duplicate payments at souvenir shops or restaurants where the tours stop, as these are third-party companies beyond our control.
  • Tours may be subject to changes in the itinerary due to force majeure, unforeseen changes, or other reasons that require us to alter the scheduled schedule.
  • If you are paying the remaining amount in cash, checks must be in good condition; torn or damaged bills are not accepted.
  • It is recommended that you take care of your belongings during the tours in advance; the company is not responsible for loss or theft.
  • It is recommended that you read the tour bookings in detail.
  • Tours do not include travel insurance.

SPECIAL MEDICATION:

  • If any of our passengers require special medication or assistance, we must be informed in advance.
  • If any of our passengers require special dietary requirements, we must be informed in advance so we can see if we can offer them some options.
